In general, no license is required to export or reexport our software products and technology.

The US Export Administration Regulations (EAR) regulate the export and reexport of our software and technical information to foreign countries or to foreign nationals in the US.

Most of our software products are designated EAR99, which is the least restrictive classification, while some of our software products have a specific Export Control Classification Number (ECCN), which is potentially more restrictive than an EAR99 designation.
